Training and nutrition coach
Made to fit. And made to explain.
Most apps ask eight questions and hand you a program. Swiip takes about four minutes too — but next to every exercise it tells you which of your answers put it there.
Android is in closed testing. When it reaches Google Play we will say so here.
What it does
Eight cards, about four minutes
The assessment asks what actually changes your program — where you train, what equipment you can reach, how many days you really have, what you will not eat. Nothing is asked twice, and nothing is asked that changes nothing.
Every decision is traceable
Under each exercise you can read why it is there: which answer, which rule. The explanation is not a sentence an AI made up — it is the solver's decision trail.
The maths is a formula, the language is AI
Volume, progressive overload, deload, 1RM, calories and macros are all deterministic formulas. Language models are inconsistent at arithmetic, and in a health context that is not acceptable. Add the same food twice and you get the same macros — every time.
Calorie tracking that stays free
Manual food logging and search are unlimited on every plan, including the free one. Nutrition values always come from a database, never from a language model.
What we deliberately do not do
- No badges, streaks, confetti or celebration animations.
- No ads or upsells for people who already pay. Not one line.
- Cancelling is one tap, at the top of Settings, never hidden.
- Your body photo is deleted the moment it is analysed. Only the measurements are kept.
- Estimates are shown as ranges, never as a single number.
Where the numbers come from
Every calorie, macro and load calculation comes from a published equation, and we list them one by one on the calculation sources page — with the journal and the DOI.
